  • 1-1/2 medium Green, red, or yellow bell pepper, chopped

  • 2 T. milk
  • Salt, and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas (7 to 8 inches in diameter), heated
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
