Spending Time with Friends at Seasons 52 Grill

I recently attended a preview of the new seasonal menu at Seasons 52 Grill located in Crabtree Mall in Raleigh.

At this time in my life, I am all about trying new experiences, new things, and certainly, new places to eat. I don’t want to look back on my life and be filled with regrets.  So I am making it a priority to try new things and push myself out of my comfort zone. Although I am a little nervous at first trying out new things, in the end, I am always proud of myself for doing them.

When I received the invite plus one to attend the exclusive event at Seasons 52, I immediately thought of my friend Mary, as my plus one. We had been trying to get together for months, but something always seemed to get in the way but not this time.

Mary and I at Seasons 52

On the ride to Raleigh, Mary and I chatted like no time had passed between the last time we had seen each other, and it had been a while. (Don’t you just love friendships like that?) When we arrived at the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by the hostess and shown to the back room where the event was being held.

Imagine my surprise to see my other partner in crime, Kathi from Miss Everchanging there. She had told me earlier in the week that she might not be able to make it, but she did. Mary, Kathi and  I enjoyed talking to each other as we have a lot common – we all worked at the same elementary school for a while. So you can just imagine the stories that we told.

But back to Seasons 52- did you know that they change their menu seasonal to ensure that they give the customer the freshest options. I so loved that and let me tell you their drinks are the bomb! Just look at all the yummy goodness that we got to sample.

I am also glad that I got to meet up with my Frugal Cookoff partner Jen from JenOni Inc and my friend Angela from The Ultimate Fashionista, who was a fantastic help during Gracie’s Quinceanera.

All and all it was a good time and I am so looking forward to going back to eat again sometime soon.

  1. Those drinks look insane. And the fact that they change their menu seasonally shows they are really putting their customers first. What a amazing experience you guys had.

  2. Man, I still haven’t made it to Seasons 52 yet and everyone keeps saying such wonderful things about it. It looks like you had a really great time. And, yes, I do love it when I can hang out with my friends after months (or even years!) and it feels like no time has passed – my best friend in Los Angeles is like that. Those are the best friendships!
