I loved this book so much. This is such a cute book. I love how this book contained so many action words in it. These words the kids can act out the motions as it is being read aloud. It is a great conversation of how important it is to exercise. I also loved that it portrayed the fact that when you  exercise you feel better about yourself. Also there was a hidden lesson that when you are doing something you love makes you feel happy as well.

I  loved how the author was inspired to write this book because her five year old daughter loves to dance. In the back of the book the author even states that in writing this book her daughter inspired her to start dancing as well. You see we are never  to old to start learning new things.

This book is very awesome in price as well. You can buy it at Amazon for $0.99.  Interested in reading more reviews that I have done about this great author check out Once Upon A Pencil, Who’s Under The Bed,
