Cobbler made easy


Baking does not have to be a chore. I know many people who love to bake but then they end up giving away or throwing away whatever they make because they have guilt over calories. Baking with fruit can help to ease those calories. One of my favorite recipes to make is one that I found that involves peaches, oatmeal and a yellow cake mix. It is an easy way to make a peach cobbler with ease. Here is a recipe for you to try.

The items that you will need to make this recipe are as follows:

  • Pie filling (any flavor)
  • Dry white cake mix ( you will not be adding anything to this mix)
  • Stick butter that you will cut into pats
  • A 9×13 pan

Pour a can of pie filling (any flavor) on the bottom of a 9×13 pan, cover with a dry white cake mix, then cut a stick of butter into pats, and put that on the top. Bake at 350 for 20 – 25 min

Also top this with a low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt and you will sure to have a dessert you can enjoy without the guilt.
