In the midst of Royal Baby fever, here a come a cute little Children’s book inspired by the royals themselves. Bubblegum Princess written by Julie Gribble, is a cute way to look at the royal family. This story was inspired by the relationship between Kate Middleton and Prince William. It is a fictional account of how they might have met as kids. Here is a brief summary of the book.
“Once upon a time in a land not far from here, there lived a young lady named Katy. She was delightfully witty, extraordinarily kind, and decidedly brilliant. However , young Lady Katy had one unmistakably unladylike habit. She loved blowing bubblegum bubbles.”
How cute is that story. This book shows that the Royals are just people too and they have the same habits that we do. I really loved the way that Katy is introduced to the Queen and bubble burst. But it is not who you thought it was blowing that bubble. I will have to admit that the illustrations in this book were my favorite thing. I mean the pictures drawn of the Queen’s corgies (her dogs) blowing bubble gum bubbles were just priceless.
So if you looking for a cute “royal” story than this one is for you. You can buy it on Amazon. For more information check this out on Facebook, Twitter, and her website.
