Talking About The Ravages of Time


There is no denying that I am getting older. I can see it in so many ways. It is easier for me to put on weight but not so easy for me to take it off.

My skin’s elasticity is not like it was. I bruise way to easy now, I mean every little bump against anything can cause a bruise. My bones creak and sometimes I feel like I should be in a cereal commercial, Snap! Crackle! Pop! Anyone?

And not let’s not even talk about the wrinkles and lines all throughout my body. I often look in the mirror and wonder where the girl of my youth went. That has gotten me to research the products that are out on the market now to help combat the ravages of time.
