College Shopping Checklist

Next year we will be faced with the ritual that many parents are facing this year; our oldest daughter will be entering college. That is why I think it is smart to start planning and shopping around for all the things she will need to make her dorm room a home away from home.

Here is a College Shopping Checklist  of what she will to need to make her dorm room transformation complete.

• A comforter set
• Office supplies
• A coffee maker for all those late night cram sessions
• A sturdy backpack to hold all those college text books
• A phone because you know that no teenager can live without their phone.
• A new laptop because her sisters would be lost if she takes the one they use as well.
• And let’s not forget all those new clothes she will need to impress her fellow classmates with
• With the clothes comes laundry detergent, fabric softeners, laundry baskets and plenty of quarters for the washers and dryers.
• She will also need a tote to carry to and from the bathroom filled with all her personal items, like toothpaste, soap, toothbrush and towels.
• Extra cash on hand because you know that every college student will be calling home asking for cash within a month’s time of being in college.
• I am sure there are more that I forgot LOL

What I found even more amazing is that I can find all this at zuuzs. I love being able to do all my shopping in one place.
