Being Discreet with Depend for Women
Let’s get real. You know at some point we all have had an accident- in our pants. Even if it is just a dribble. It is time to stop the embarrassment that goes along with that stage of life. The stage where adult diapers like Depend For Women become more a necessity than anything else. Let’s get real about incontinence.
I don’t know about you, but I applauded Lisa Rinna of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ( who happens to be one of my least favorite housewives) for doing a campaign that helped ease the embarrassment of incontinence and having to use adult diapers like Depend For Women. Because let’s face it, y’all it happens.
That got me thinking about the question how many people suffer from this? I was shocked to find out that over 25 million Americans suffer from this and that 75-80% of them are women. Wow right, I wasn’t shocked that women were most likely to suffer from it as that just comes with having a baby sit on your bladder for nine months. But wow, can you imagine how many people you know that are wearing products like Depend.
Most of us live with this secret and are ashamed to admit that we suffer from it. But after having three babies, I can honestly say I have bought my share of Depend For Women. But I also understand the embarrassment of having to carry them around in your purse, and they certainly don’t fit in your wallet.
So I want you to put yourself in this scenario, you are sitting at a fancy restaurant, and the check comes. You fumble through your purse looking for your wallet, and as usual, it is at the bottom of your purse. You start taking things out of your purse, and suddenly you realize with a look of horror on your face, you just put an adult diaper on the table for all the world to see. Insert facepalm here. You don’t know whether to laugh or cry about the situation.
Has this ever happened to you? Well consider this, you can be discreet when buying your Depend FIT-FLEX Incontinence Underwear for Women from stores like Amazon, you can also be discreet when you carry them around.

My husbands grandmother used to be SO embarrassed about having to buy Depends that he would ship them to her a few times per month (this was before Amazon took over!). There is such a stigma associated with adult diapers – thanks for shedding some light on the topic!
This is such a good idea! Even though there is nothing wrong with incontinence, it’s usually something you want to be kept hidden. Having a little bag to keep adult diapers in is such a dignity saver.
This was something I was concerned with during my last trimester, but I managed to not have it happened to me. I do think your bag is adorable! So crafty!
