I love the idea behind Valentine’s day. Teaching children to love and to show love is a great experience. I will have to admit that I am big kid at heart. I love to read children’s books. I think they are just so sweet and cute. Uncle Bear’s Mystery Valentine falls right into that category. Just read the summary.

Uncle Bear woke up to find a mystery valentine on his front porch and now he has a few questions…  Who left the mystery valentine?  What could he possibly make or give in return?  Read along, as Carb and Veggie, not only help Uncle Bear make the best Valentine’s Day gift ever, but also finds out who his mystery valentine is!

This book is an awesome book for children. I love that it involved rhyming words. That is a great skill to teach children. The pictures in the book were so cute. I also love how that it teaches some very important lessons as well. It teaches children that you need to be willing to try and all about safety as well. I also love that the author added a recipe for kids to make with parents at the end of the book. What a great bonding experience that you have with your child. I also love that this could be used as a great teaching tool. The author includes coloring pages at the end of the book as well. What a great way to reinforce the lessons taught  in the book. I could see myself using this to teach preschool or the lower grades of elementary school. This would be a great Valentine’s gift as well. This book is available  on Amazon.
