3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. white sugar
1 large egg
1 t. pure vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 c. diced strawberries
6 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. strawberry jam, warmed

Directions:

  • Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper or a Silpat® baking mat. Set aside.
