Making Eggs Are a Snap with #Rollie

Dinnertime used to be the most stressful time in the day for me, especially after I have worked all day long and come home to the realization that I forget to take something out for dinner. Now because it is summer, it is dinner and lunch that are stressful time. What can we fix that will not take a lot of time and effort on our part? Yep, folks when the summer comes around we get lazy. Having a chicken ( yep we are down to one- it seems that Tutu thinks they are her own private play toys.) we have an abundance of eggs. So we are always looking for ways to make eggs interesting.
There is a unique product that allows just that. It is called the Rollie. We recently had the chance to try this out and I am in love. First, it comes with a recipe booklet with quick and easy recipes that even my 11 year, Gracie, could make. I also loved that it was safe for Gracie to use with just a little supervision and Gracie loved that she got to helped cook dinner. She is my little chef.
The first thing we tried was cinnamon rolls in the Rollie. I am always looking for different ways to prepare those store bought cinnamon rolls. Remember the cinnamon roll waffles? They were really easy to make. First you sprayed the inside of the Rollie with cooking spray. Then you take the cinnamon roll and roll into a hot dog shape and place it inside. Of course just like with anything else make sure to preheat it. Within 10 minutes we had a delicious cinnamon stick. (Sorry no pictures of this, they grabbed them all up before I could snap a pic.) Only one I am afraid that was the only downfall that I saw to the Rollie, if I was making something for the whole family to enjoy than this would have been time consuming but as a treat or dinner for one than this hits the spot.
We of course tried cooking eggs with this, and of course they were a little strange looking but just as delicious to taste. We did find that it was easier to mix the eggs before placing them into the cylinder. They were awesome.
