Join me in my 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge

Just the other day, the issue of weight loss come up in a conversation with coworkers. We were talking about how it seems that the older we get the harder it seems to get the weight off. We watch what we eat and work out but nothing seems to get those stubborn pounds off. We discussed using aids to help us in our journey to loss those extra unwanted pounds. Basically I get to chose one of their products to help me in this challenge and I get to document my journey. You would not believe it by looking at me I used to be a size 5 but somehow that size 5 has ballooned into a size 12. I am very scared to weight myself but I am around 160  never mind.
