Fun with Simply Spray
Recently my girls and I spent a Friday afternoon making some cool t-shirts with a new product I think is genius. Spray Blood allows users to create realistic-looking bullet holes, dripping blood lines and blood spatter effects on fabrics, plastic, glass and rubber. The paint provides an inexpensive and simple fake blood technique for film and theatre wardrobes and set designs as well as gory Halloween costumes and decor. Spray Blood comes in a nitrogen-propelled can and emits virtually no fumes so it is safe to use inside and eco-friendly. Spray Blood is available for purchase YEAR ROUND at Party City locations nationwide and online at spraypaint4fabric.com. Check Simply Spray for more information. Check out the cool shirts made and how much fun we had with this product. The only thing that I would do differently when using this product is that I would wear gloves when spraying the blood.
The first thing we did was find some white shirts. Then we were off spraying. The girls are trying to figure out what they want to put on their shirts. We placed a piece of cardboard inside of the shirt to make sure the blood did not go through the shirts. Brooklyn, Payton and Gracie had fun with the designs. The older girls who to begin with were not interested in making a shirt decided to get in on the fun. Maddie had to hunt for a while to find her a shirt to do. Mikaela, Casey and Maddie took turns making Maddie’s shirt. Mikaela and Casey did not want to make a shirt but they did want to spray the blood.
So Maddie let them have a turn at her shirt. Here is the results of Mikaela spraying on Maddie’s shirt. See what I mean that if I had to do anything different that I would have used gloves. Yep the blood got all over their hands. It did wash off but not right away. So if you use this product please remember this tip to use gloves when using the spray blood. But other than that it was a fun afternoon for all of us. Anything that gets us involved as a family I love and this product I really loved. This allowed my girls a fun afternoon for my girls and their friends.
Just check out their finished products. Each one is unique. But do you know what each one sprayed on their shirts in the beginning of their designs. Hearts- yep just like a girls.
Well what do you think of their finished products? Do you think they will take the fashion runaways by storm soon?? Tell me what creative things you have done for Halloween this year. I would love to get some more ideas for next year.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
