AFM DIY Earring Holder

Materials Needed:

  • Embroidery Hoop
  • Burlap cross stitch fabric
  • Lace ribbon
  • Lace rosette
  • Hot Glue gun
  • Hot Glue Sticks
  • Scissors

Directions:

The first thing you need to do is unscrewed the embroidery hoop so that you can place the burlap cross stitch fabric between the two hoops.  Then cut the excess fabric off . This will leave a clear edge around the hoop. This step maybe the  hardest step because the embroidery hoop might be a  little tough to unscrew. Once you do this, then hot glue gun needs to come out. Working a little section at the time,  hot glue the lace fabric around the edge of the hoop. This step  will probably take the longest because you have to wait for the hot glue to heat up and then sometimes  you might have to reapply the glue because it would cool before you could get the fabric down. That is why I suggest working in little sections at the time. After the lace is all hot glued, then hot glue a rosette to the bottom of the frame.
