Christmas Magic Reindeer Food

Making “Reindeer Food” is a great kids craft. This simple Christmas craft would also make a great gift for kids that you know.

Materials:

• 1 cup oats
• 2 tsp. red sugar crystals
• 2 tsp. green sugar crystals
• 4 ziplock baggies
• Add some glitter as well to make it sparkle.

Instructions:

Put 1/4 cup of oats in each baggie. Add 1/4 tsp. of both red and green sugar crystals. Seal baggie and shake to mix.

This cute poem can be printed on a colorful piece of paper and attach to each baggie:

Sprinkle on the lawn at night.
The moon will make it sparkle bright.
As Santa’s reindeer fly and roam,
This will guide them to your home!

Have your kids sprinkle the “Reindeer Food” on the lawn on Christmas eve to feed Santa’s reindeer.
