DIY Christmas Gift Guide: Coffee Huggers

I love Starbucks. It is one of the things I do to treat myself. But sometimes those brown holders are just not attractive. Here is a cute gift for the coffee lover in your life.

Materials Needed

• Fabric

• Batting

• Velcro

• Sewing Machine

• Scissors

• Thread

Directions:

Take the fabric and cut it into 2 pieces and the cut the batting the same size. Place the batting between the two pieces of fabric. Then using the zigzag stitch on your sewing machine sew the three pieces together. ( The right sides should be on the outside and the batting in the middle.) Continue until all four sides of your fabric is sewn. Place velcro at either end. One on the inside and one on the outside of the strip . Viola a  coffee hugger for the coffee lover in your life. This would be cute to add to a coffee cup that you can buy at the dollar store. And if you want you could add a gift card to Starbucks as well.
