Well, Gracie made it through another day of school. But it was certainly unusual to say the least. She had no teacher. That’s right- no teacher- Can you believe that? This is not the first time it has happened at that school this year. The teacher was at a meeting and they could not find anyone to come and sub for her. They called me to do it but I had an appointment that I could not cancel. I am just wondering how they were able to justify not having a teacher? Yea sure somebody watched them but still basically it was a wasted day for the students. And yet, I was sent home a note because of Gracie’s illness that basically she needed to be in school and yet today they did not seem fit to have a teacher the day she went. I am curious has this ever happened at anyone else’s school????
