Another Thursday Movie Night
The movie this week was
Housewife and mother Penny Chenery agrees to take over her ailing father’s Virginia-based Meadow Stables, despite her lack of horse-racing knowledge. Against all odds, Chenery — with the help of veteran trainer Lucien Laurin — manages to navigate the male-dominated business, ultimately fostering the first Triple Crown winner in twenty-five years.
Overall we thought this movie was good. At one point one of the friends said that horse was sexy lol. The only fault I could find with it was the length 2 hours and 3 minutes. Other than that it was good movie.
Dinner was Spaghetti with meat sauce with chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches.
Those are so easy to make. Just take two chocolate chip cookies and put a scoop of ice cream between them. Viola a quick and easy snack.
Now on to the crafts.
The first thing they did was making pictures on foam backgrounds with foam stickers.
Loved the ease of it.
Here Gracie and her friend, Mattie( A repeater for movie night) are working on theirs.

Here is Alexus. She is one of those friends we all have known forever.
Next it was on to the whistles.
Matti brought over some her duct tape, so we decided to use it to decorate the whistles.
We also used the stickers from the first craft.

These were taken during the movie. They were all being silly. Even Allie got in on the fun.

Now they are all ready for the next movie night. Which I know will be interesting.
