Recipe: Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

Salad:

  • 5 cups of cubed chicken, fully cooked and chilled
  • 1 cup of celery, sliced
  • 2 cups seedless green grapes, sliced
  • 1 cup of slivered almonds, toasted

Dressing:

  • 1 1/2 cups of whipped salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  • Mix together salad dressing, curry powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  • Add the dressing mixture to those ingredients and mix well.
  • Chill for 2 hours.
  • Serve on bed of lettuce.
