Recipe: Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
Salad:
- 5 cups of cubed chicken, fully cooked and chilled
- 1 cup of celery, sliced
- 2 cups seedless green grapes, sliced
- 1 cup of slivered almonds, toasted
Dressing:
- 1 1/2 cups of whipped salad dressing
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Mix together salad dressing, curry powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add all other ingredients in a large salad bowl.
- Add the dressing mixture to those ingredients and mix well.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Serve on bed of lettuce.
