Nascar Inspired Chocolate Race Cars

I remember when my girls were little we would huddle around the television on any given weekend watching the Nascar Race. In fact, that is how Gracie learned her numbers by looking at the cars on the track. Her favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt Jr. One year for Halloween my girls won a costume contest. Gracie was Dale Jr, Mikaela was her car and Maddie was the checkered flag. Although I couldn’t find a picture of this I did manage to find a picture a few years later when Gracie was once again Dale Jr.

Now with the racing season almost over and my favorite Tony Stewart retiring, I thought now would be the perfect time to share these chocolate race cars.
