Memories of My Childhood Came Flooding Back at Dunkin’ Donuts

How many of you remember the commercial where the man got up at the crack of dawn and said it’s time to make the donuts? The commercial was for Dunkin’ Donuts. I remember how my mouth would water thinking about those donuts. To this day, Dunkin’ Donuts are my absolute favorite.

But did you know that they are more than donuts now? They have a variety of breakfast and sandwich items that will make you want to stop and rethink your next meal. In honor of the new year, they are bringing back their Chicken Apple Sausage Breakfast Sandwich. Normally I don’t like sausage but this is a totally yummy sandwich that totally ruined my diet. But what can I say  I couldn’t resist. Well to be honest it didn’t totally ruin my diet as it only 400 calories and it is a great alternative to other breakfast items that I would grab on the go. I love that I can get protein, fruit, grain and dairy in one meal.

But did you know that they also have other on the go menu items available throughout the day and that you can grab the Chicken Apple Sausage Breakfast sandwich anytime of the day as their full menu are available all day. I love this breakfast sometimes you just want breakfast for dinner. I know that is one of my favorite dinner ideas. Just check out their menu. But I will tell you if you want one of the Chicken Apple Sausage Breakfast sandwiches than you need to go early as they sell out of them really quick.

I will have to admit that when I stopped by our local Dunkin’ Donuts to try this yummy sandwich, I also grab a dozen donuts as well as donut holes. What can I say Dunkin’ Donuts are my absolute favorite and I could eat them all day.
