How to Host a Pumpkin Palooza Party

I received some amazing products to host a pumpkin palooza party. However the fun was all us.
Pumpkin Palooza

I know that Halloween is over but doesn’t mean that you have to stop having fun with pumpkins. You can use pumpkins right up into the New Year. Recently we held a pumpkin palooza party using ideas that will enable us to use pumpkins in your holiday décor.

Before I start on the pumpkin part of the decorating, I want to focus on getting your house ready for the flock of people who will attend your party. You want to make sure that several key places in your house are spotless. One of those places is the bathroom counter. The other places are the kitchen, which is the heart of the house, and the living room. I make sure to keep all of these places clean with Mr. Clean Concentrated Cleaner.

Now that your house is clean, it is party planning time. We are big foodies in our house so we always fix way too much food for our guests. For this particular party we have caramel apples, pizza, oranges and bananas shaped like pumpkins and ghosts, pumpkin pie, chips and dips. The messy part of this food prep was making the caramel apples who knew caramel could stick to so many things.

At the party we started brainstorming how to decorate our pumpkins. We decided to carve some, leave some plain, turn some into Thanksgiving turkeys and decorate some to use for Christmas decorations. We had a ton of fun and made a huge mess painting and carving.

After the party cleanup was the worst. It seems like that is when I am stuck cleaning everything while the rest of the family disappears. I am just glad that I had a great cleaning product like Mr. Clean Concentrated Cleaner to make the cleanup easier.

Have you ever had a tough party mess to clean up? What did you use?

Also since you have read down to this point I have a great giveaway for you. A Pumpkin Palooza swag pack. Included in this swag pack is a pumpkin soup tureen, a pumpkin carving kit, pumpkin painting kit and more.

  1. I love entertaining guests at my house. It makes it easier if you have a fun activity. A pumpkin palooza sounds like a lot of fun.

  2. Looks like you all had a great time! My son tried carving that same cat design. He’s 6 and was determined to do most of it on his own. It took almost the entire day! LOL
