I keep shelf stable milk on hand in case I run out. I usually do. I take it with us on field trips. We use it in baking and cooking. It’s a terrific invention!
I have never used it but it would be nice to have on hand.
I keep it around for when/if the power goes out for days because we usually have that a couple times a year and its great to have it on hand for the kiddos..

i always have some on hand for those days when i do not have a gallon. which is often thanks to mommy brain. i also prefer using it in my iced coffee
