Cheesecake Squares

Cheesecake Squares

This weekend we went to a party for the staff and family of Odom Farming. As you may remember, Emily, the owner, is also a part of the Adventures of Frugal Mom family. If you missed any of her posts you can read them by going here and here. My oldest two girls have had the distinct pleasure of working for Emily and her husband, JR. Maddie for three seasons until she went away to college and Mikaela just finished her first pumpkin season with them. My girls have been truly blessed to have them as their first bosses. With that said, I wanted to contribute to the staff party in some way. I asked Emily if I needed to bring anything. She said a dessert if you would like. So I racked my brain for a while on what to make. Sure I could have taken the easy way out and just went to the store and bought a dessert but I wanted to go the extra mile and make something. That is when the idea came to me to make my Cheesecake Squares. This is one treat that all my family loves, even my husband who normally doesn’t like sweets love these. And they are so easy to make. So now I am going to share it with you.  Here are all the things you need to make Cheesecake Squares.
