Living in North Carolina, for the most part our winters are pretty mild. There are times however that Jack Frost does show his face and things get a little chilly to downright cold. That is when I like to curl up with a good book and a hot beverage. The beverage can be anything from a nice delicious coffee to a french vanilla cappuccino to my absolute favorite peppermint hot chocolate. This is nothing better to me than a hot beverage on cold winters day.
I will have to say that I have not always been a fan of hot beverages. But a couple of years ago I received a Keurig as a present and it was love at first taste. I love the convenience of being able to make just one cup for myself. My oldest daughter, who is in college, loves the fact that she can make her own coffee to her liking for those late nights when she has assignment due or when she has a test to cram for. I think when she attends the University of Greensboro next year I will be sending her off with a Keurig and some awesome coffee to help her through those late nights.
I will have to say that it has cut back on our coffee drinking by a lot. But it has also cut down on how much coffee we waste. We all love the convenience of being able to make a cup when we feel like and not having to worry if the others in the family will like the flavor we chose. Because let’s face us, we all have different taste. That is where Caza Trail and Grove Square K-Cups come into play. They have enough variety that we all can get what we like without anyone going without.
