Preheat oven to 350

Spray pan with non stick cooking spray. I used a 9X9 pan.

Spread one of the packages of crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan. Pinching to make sure the seams are together.

Mix together the packages of cream cheese and sugar.

Spread the cream cheese and sugar mixture on top of the crescent roll.

Spread the last package of crescent rolls over the top of the cream cheese and sugar mixture.

Place in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
