In honor of it being National French Fry day here are three recipes that were posted a while back that I just wanted to share them with you again. Bacon and Cheese Fries

Servings: 4
 
 
Ingredients
1 (32 ounce)
package frozen French fries
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon or Bacon Bits
Ranch salad dressing
 
 
Directions
 
 
Cook French fries according to package directions.
 Place fries on a broiler-safe dish or platter.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
 Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with ranch dressing.
 

Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

 
6 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. lean hamburger
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen French fries
Directions:
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown hamburger in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Spoon into 9×13 inch baking pan.
Pour mixture of soups over hamburger.
Arrange French fries over top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
Garnish with pickles and ketchup, if desired.
 

French Fry Hot Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef (add salt and pepper, to taste)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups French fries

Directions:

Fry ground beef and onions; drain.

Then add soup and fries.

Mix all together.

Bake in 325 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
