I am always looking for a bargain and things that look unusual.
I found this set of 6 cups at a local thrift store for $1.20.
With the help of my one of my new best friends,
Permanent Markers, remember how I did the hooks
I used permanent markers to decorate these cups with a
V and polka dots.
