Teaching Children Rhythm

Last year I was faced the daunting task of being the interim music teacher for grade k-2. With that came the option of whether or not I wanted to take on the project of the 1st grade program. And you know me not backing down from any challenge I leapt in both feet and went to work. The play was cute and the whole experience was a great learning opportunity for me. I love that even at age 43 I am learning something new everyday. I mean you are never to old or to young to learn. With that said I have to admit that I have no musical background but I was able to prepare myself for this job by using a cute e-book called Beginning Rhythm.
This book makes learning music fun from the games like bingo to the manipulatives that are available to print out this book is a great tool to use if you are wanting to incorporate music in your classroom. Just take a look at this video below.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
