Ingredients:
- 3-4 med. potatoes, cut up
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Simmer cut up potatoes in water until soft.
Drain.
Add margarine and mash potatoes, leaving some lumps.
Add soup, onions, and milk.
Season to taste.
Heat until hot, but do not boil.
Good with some crumbled bacon on top of each serving.
