Recipe: Lemon Cake

 

Batter:

  • 1 box lemon or yellow cake mix
  • 1 package lemon Jell-O
  • 4 eggs ¾ c. water
  • ¾ c. oil

Glaze:

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp.

 

Directions:

Mix together all batter ingredients in a big bowl. Drop batter into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Prick the cake all over with a fork.

For glaze, combine powdered sugar with lemon juice and whisk. Pour glaze over top of cake and it will seep into the fork holes for a delicious added flavor. Enjoy!
