eye maskI suffer from chronic migraines , of course if you are long time readers of this blog that is no secret. But I was diagnosed when I was in high school and there is nothing that works for it but sleep. With migraines, besides having a splitting headache comes other symptoms, the nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light. I have found that the best way to treat a migraine is to sleep. But sometimes it is not easy to lay down to go to sleep because the sun shines so brightly in our windows. That is one of the reasons why I was so excited when I was asked to try out the Snooz Silky Eye Mask. First I will admit that I was not to keen on trying this because I do not like anything in or around my head while I am sleeping but I found that wearing this I forget I had something around my head.

The quality of mask was excellent. It was made from silky soft black taffeta on the  inside and outside had a cushioned filler making it very comfortable.  It also had the added  blackout fabric stitched within the body of the mask.  It contained two  elasticated straps and a nose bridge. It was very comfortable almost like I had nothing on at all. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was so dark I would wonder about that. The mask also comes in the convenient one size fits all size and a variety of colors.

So whether you suffer from chronic migraines like me or you can’t sleep unless the room is pitch black this is a mask you need to try out.
