Today’s quote is from Helen Keller. Have you ever noticed that when you are down if you do something for someone else it makes you feel better. So today I challenge you to do something for someone else whether it is letting a car out in front of you in traffic, let someone ahead of you in a line at the store or just holding the door open for someone. Those little things may often go unnoticed but they will make you feel better.
