I have been making these for years. My daughters get some many compliments on these.
1) Buy Plain Elastics Hair bows as shown
I try to buy the thicker ones because they last longer.
2) Cut strips of fabric
(I use pinking shears to cut mine)
3) Tie the strips in a knot onto the elastics
4) Continue until elastic is covered.
5) Now you have a beautiful hair bow.
