Fashionable Weekend Activities

Everybody’s working for the weekend!!! How many of you look forward to the weekend and it is the bright spot that gets you through the week?? Some weeks, I feel just like that. One of my most favorite thing to do on the weekend is to visit wineries and do wine tasting. There are so many wineries within driving distance from where I live that it just seems natural to visit them. Visiting wineries is a great idea for a date day with your loved one. Most of the wineries that we have visited have a beautifully landscaped vineyard that lends itself to romantic picnics throughout the vineyards. Just imagine all the places for a stolen kiss among the grapevines. That aside, vineyards are also a great family friendly place to take your children. I know right now you are probably saying what?? But now really there are a great educational opportunity for them and most of the wineries will allow them to taste their juices for free. Several months ago we took Mikaela and Gracie to one and they had the best time. The winery we went to had a lake that allowed you to rent paddle boats and pick your own grapes. The girls had a blast. So if you are looking for fashionable weekend activities check to see if there are any wineries where you live and go for it
