Easy As Pie Apple Cobbler

We have been hosting a lot of gathering this summer. From Graduation parties to 4th of July and more you name it we have either attended or hosted a party. Just this past Thursday, my favorite aunt from Massachusetts came to visit. I haven’t seen her in years, I think even before my girls were born. She is staying with my mom. And Thursday, mom had all the cousins and their families over for chicken and barbecue. I, of course, made my fabulous easy as pie apple cobbler. It was such a huge hit. And it is really easy to make.  And you can too if you follow these directions. If you can use a can opener, a knife or can layer ingredients than this is the cobbler and dessert for you. Yep folks, it is that easy and on top of that totally yummy. I might add that this would be good to serve with vanilla ice cream.
