DIY Christmas Gift Guide: Seat Belt Covers

AFM DIY Seat Belt Covers

Are you like me or know someone like me who gets annoyed by their seat belts? Here is a way to make them a little more cozy and stylish.

Materials:

  • Fabric
  • Batting
  • Velcro
  • Sewing Machine
  • Thread

Directions:

Cut out 2 pieces of  fabric and batting the same length and width.  Lay the batting in between the backsides of the fabric. Then with your sewing machine use the zigzag stitch and stitch around all four sides of the fabric. All the pieces of fabric should now be connected. Take this piece out to your car and wrap it around your seat belt and with a marker put a tiny dot where you need to place the velcro strips. Put them in place and wrap the cover around your seat belt. There you have it a stylish seat belt cover that is safe and cozy at the same time.
