Claiming My Name
I recently read on another blog that someone was trying to steal her name. So I am taking a page from her book and claim my name as well. I know that there is a copy cat who tried to get some of my followers by adding an A between of and Frugal . So because of this and what has happened to another blogger I am doing the same thing that she did. So in order to strengthen my legal hold on the name Adventures of Frugal Mom, I need to stake a public claim to the trademark of the name. I have every intention of following through with legally filing for a trademark at a later time.
Please take note that this claim was made on the day of the posting of this article and does not expire. I have checked with the Trademark Electronic Search System on this date and Adventures of Frugal Mom is not already trademarked by another.
