Allie Loves Her Fancy Dog Collar

Hey Folks,

Allie again. I can’t believe that I haven’t written to you before about this since I am such a pampered princess but I just must tell you about my new fancy dog collar.

Let me start by saying that not everybody likes it. But when Mrs. April talked about how much she loved it, I could care less what others thought.

First, I love my fancy dog collar because it is pink. I mean seriously what princess doesn’t love pink. And the fact that my name is embroidered on it is a plus as well. Everybody will know who I am and will take notice of me with this fancy dog collar.

Which brings me to another point, we have a cute puppy that lives across the street from us. My family used to call her Pup Pup. She is let out by her owners to roam the neighborhood. Normally it would be okay but people drive crazy in our neighbor. (On a side note- I know better than to cross the ditch in our yard. I love my daily jaunts to the mailbox with my mommy, but if I cross that ditch I so would get a spanking.)

We just recently found out that Pup Pup as we call her is really named Mischa. She doesn’t have a fancy dog collar or anything. I want to be her friend but she runs away from my mommy and sister when they try to feed her or to pet her. It is so sad. So, I ask you if you have a fur baby please love them with all your heart and soul because puppies need love too.
