 As the parent, you’re responsible for stocking your home with food for your family to eat. If you only stock unhealthy foods, you’ll all only eat unhealthy foods. However, if you choose to buy food that’s good for your kids, that’s what their only option will be. To make this easier, Jennifer Warner, a contributor to Fit WebMD, shares that you should keep your healthier foods out on the counter or in easy places for your kids to reach. When it’s easy to eat these foods rather than the unhealthy foods, the healthy food will be more likely to get eaten.

 Get A Creative With It

 To get your kids excited about eating healthy foods or trying new foods, Kelly Wallace, a contributor to CNN, recommends that you try to get creative with how you present the food. If your kids don’t like eating vegetables, try putting them into smoothies or creating noodles out of them. Additionally, you could also make dinnertime more fun by creating a theme, like only eating orange or purple foods for dinner, which could include a lot of new and healthy foods your children might otherwise be opposed to.
