The Croods: A Great Movie for All

Recently my family and I were able to attend a prescreening of the movie, The Croods. If you have not heard about the movie here is a brief summary. The Croods is a 3D comedy adventure that follows the world’s first modern family as they embark on a journey of a lifetime when the cave that has always been their home, is destroyed. Traveling across a spectacular landscape, the Croods are rocked by generational clashes and seismic shifts as they discover an incredible new world filled with fantastic creatures — and their outlook is changed forever. The movie stars Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Catherine Keener, Cloris Leachman,  and Clark Duke. 

This was such a cute movie. My family and I really enjoyed. The movie is basically about how one dad wants to protect his family almost to the point of being very overprotective and not letting them any fun. Now that is very overprotective but in a way I can identify with that. My oldest will be graduating soon and instead of listening to our advice and living at home for a year without any bills to pay to save up money for when she transfers to a 4 year college, but she thinks she knows best. So we have decided to let her do it but not without some real life lessons to go with it. Let’s see how long she will be gone. LOL

If you are looking for a cute family movie, that every one in your family can relate to, make sure to check your local theaters to see if The Croods, are playing and then go and get your laugh on.
