If you are like me what to fix to dinner is a loaded question at my house. Especially if I have worked all day fixing dinner is the last thing on my mind. Here are some simple meals that can be ready in just minutes.

Everybody loves Mexican food right? Why not make bean burritos. Just spread low fat refried beans on a tortilla and top with cheese, salsa, avocado slices and anything else you can think of adding. Roll it up, wrap it in a wet paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds. This would be a great meal or snack for your kids. They are so easy to make that they can even make them on their own.

Everybody loves pie right so why not make a spaghetti pie. Toss some cooked spaghetti with some olive oil, parmesan cheese, and sauce and place in a greased pie plate. Pour 2 eggs over the spaghetti and then top with shredded cheese. Bake until the cheese bubbles this will take about 25 minutes.

And let’s not forget breakfast for dinner. Anything you can eat for breakfast try it for dinner.

I hope these little suggestions will help to make dinner time less hectic for you and your family. All of these suggestions would be great to get your kids involved with dinner.
