Making Coordinating Teams A Snap

As I have mention several times in the past, I am a soccer mom not only the mom to my girls but also the girls on the team. I coordinate the parents into halftime snacks for the girls as well as keeping them updated on information that the coach  shares with me about the team. Instead of me sending tons of texts all I have to do is send out email invites for parents to join and I then can coordinate from there. I also love how I can send reminders for who has snack for that weeks game but I think my favorite part is the fact everyone can see all the information at one time. I also love that is even an option to upload pictures to the website. There are some pictures that I have taken that I would love to share with other parents but I just don’t have time to upload plus this will help the coach when it comes to needing pictures for the end of year sports banquet.

If there is a downside to this program I have yet to see it. I also love that it is also an app so I can load the information on the go. Because let’s face it being a mom on the go this would be a real life saver for me.
