Throwing a great birthday party does not mean that you have to spend a lot of money doing it. There are many ways that you can throw an awesome party for less. First come up with a theme and color. The next step is to find items that will fit with the theme. Start searching stores for items that will fit this theme. Also you might want to try checking second hand, thrift store, resale shops, clearance racks and flea markets for items for your party. Don’t buy paper plates that have characters on them just stick with a solid color, which will get you more bang for your buck. Next browse sites like pinterest to see about ideas for the party. Sometimes people post an idea that can spark a little bit of creativity and imagination that in the long run will save you money. Also do not be afraid to ask for a discount on items. Also as the saying goes “I get by with a little help from my friends.” If you have a friend who is an excellent baker than ask them to bake the cake. Don’t be afraid to ask because you may offer a service that they may need even if it is just babysitting. Birthday parties do not have to break the bank if you plan ahead and ask for help.
