Have You Registered Your Trademark

trademarkHow many of you blog if so have you registered your blog as a trade mark? I will have to admit that I have never thought of doing this before but with so many people willing to ride the coattails of others, I have started to look into doing just that. A trademark is defined by Webster’s Dictionary as a device (as a word) pointing distinctly to the origin or ownership of merchandise to which it is applied and legally reserved to the exclusive use of the owner as maker or seller or a distinguishing characteristic or feature firmly associated with a person or thing. So in the case of my blog my trademark not only is about ownership of my articles but also something that is associated with who I am. Yes folks, Adventures of Frugal Mom is what I am being known for right now. So with that said I decided that was very important to look into protecting not only my site but also my identity. I have worked so hard to get my blog to where it is right now that I do not want somebody else to steal it. You see it is very important to register your trademark at Mcmillan Trademark, because there are many dishonest people in this world who make it their life work to take what others have worked so hard for as if they are entitled to everything everyone has. So what am I going to do after the big Quinceanara on Saturday, why I am going to be registering my trademark and logo. So now you know what I am going to do so will you join me in registering as well.
