Carnitas is a Mexican dish of roasted pork.
I have found a simple delicious way to make them.
Here is a list of ingredients you will need:
First, plug in crockpot and turn it on low.
Pour your beer into the crockpot.
Add your pork roast and your banana pepper.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
The pork will be so tender that it just falls apart.
