DIY Christmas Gift Guide: Burlap and Lace Table Runner
I have totally fallen in love with burlap this holiday season. We have just decorated our tree and mantel with burlap and I had a ton left over. With all that leftover burlap, my brain started churning with those creative juices and came up with cute and simple runner for my dining room table. Just see how simple it was to make. So I decided to make this burlap and lace table runner.
Materials :
- burlap (cut to the length of your table)
- Lace ( enough to run down the center of the burlap)
- hot glue gun
- glue sticks
Directions:
Cut the burlap to the length that you need it to be. Next cut the lace so it is the length you need as well. Place the lace in the center of the burlap, with the hot glue gun add a line at one end of the burlap. Then every couple of inches place a dot of hot glue between the burlap and the lace until the other end is reached. Add another line of hot glue on this end as well. Repeat on the opposite side of the one glues. Next place on your table. VIOLA!! Instant runner for less. Your dining room table will make a statement

Burlap is 40% off at our JoAnn’s for a few more days. I was just looking at the ad earlier today and wondering what I could do with burlap with my holiday decorations. I would love to make a table runner to spruce up my dining room. Great idea!
