If you are anything like me you will often get asked the question “What’s for Dinner?”. I think I hear this question more now that it is just Gracie at home than I did with the other girls were home. My family recently had the chance to try a new service that makes meal planning and prep easier. So here is our Dinnerly review.

First, let me say that for a family of three there was too much food for us to eat, so I cut the recipes in half not making the amount that was sent. Because let’s face it since Mikaela has left I haven’t had much of an appetite, so I don’t eat as I used too- this is great because it is helping me lose that weight I have put on over the past couple of years.

We were sent three meals to try, and I can honestly say that they all were delicious. I also loved the idea having the delivered to us because I have never been a big fan of the grocery store.  I loved how that each dinner came with everything you needed to make it. The only thing I had to add was things like salt, pepper, vegetable oil, cooking spray, and the pans to cook them in.

The meals were simple and easy to prepare. And I might add that they could be made within an hour and that is including prep time because ain’t nobody got time for that. Here were the meals that the box contained Griddled Onion Turkey Burgers, Grass-Fed Beef American Chop Suey, and Harissa Spiced Chicken & Potatoes.

All and all, I would have to say that this Dinnerly Review is a favorable one and if I knew what we would get each month I so would continue getting it but unfortunately, there are a few things my family and I just won’t eat so it would be  waste of money on our part, but if I knew what was in the box each month I so would grab a chance to try this out again.

  1. One pot/pan recipes are my salvation when it comes to our busy weekdays and trying to make sure we get a good healthy meal on the table. This is a great one that I will definitely need to try.

  2. Looks delicious, I’ve tried Blue Apron but not dinnerly. I’ll have to look into them, with 3 kiddos any help I can get with dinner I take!
