We have a basic understanding of the process of photosynthesis. This is the process where houseplants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen into the air. This matters because we humans, absorb oxygen and put off carbon dioxide. This means our life with plants is pretty important. Along these lines you should know, these plants do this during the day. Aloe

You have probably seen aloe in many products you use. Most skin care companies boast of having this natural ingredient in their products. Aloe is a plant that takes in toxic chemicals and pollutants from the air and releases clean oxygen. The leaves of the aloe plant contain a gel-like substance that soothes all types of burns, rashes, insect bites, and minor cuts. This all-around good plant is a must-have for your indoor garden.

Lavender
