I am always looking for a bargains. But sometimes quality and quality of service trump the bargain hunter within me. I love my iPhone but I am always looking to upgrade because let’s face when I travel I work just as hard if not more answering emails, texts, updating my page (Facebook and blog). So with that said I need a phone that I can depend on. Lately the iPhone 3 had been running very slow and the apps were not quite what I would like to be. So I trotted down to Garner, a town famous for being the hometown of Scotty McCreery, to the Best Buy there to check out their trade in program. Did you know that you can get up to $200 back at Best Buy Specialty stores? I have dreaded looking for phones because when comes to this type of technology I am beyond confused. I have a hard time making decisions about what kind of phone I would like to have. But shopping at Best Buy took all my fears away. I was waited on by a nice young man who patiently answered my questions and allowed me the time I needed to think about the big decision for I committed to the phone that was right for me. Because let’s face it my phone is my lifeline. What impressed even more was that this specialty store catered to the needs of just about everyone. You can shop for the latest smartphones and tablets from Verizon, AT&T and Sprint, from all the top brands, along with all the awesome accessories that go along with me. Because  let’s face it we cannot just buy the phone we have to glam it up to  and a car charger is a must have in my life. I was impressed with the time that they took with me to set up my new phone and they even transferred all my contacts and data. That was a job within itself because I have a lot of contacts due to blogging and meeting new people. I walked out of there with a new iPhone that I have yet to learn how to work half of the apps. Did I mention that they even helped download all the apps from my old phone onto my new one as well?

While I was being waited my daughter, who is a phone addict, once she gets a new one within months she wants a newer one asked about their policy on old phones. Do you know if you have an old phone lying around in a drawer somewhere you can trade it in at a participating Best Buy Specialty store and if it is a newer model you can get up to a $200 Best Buy Gift Card? To learn more about this awesome program and to find a store  near you check out Best Buy specialty stores.

Still not convinced check out this great article in USA Today about this awesome program.
